QJC has built a solid team of reputable, inspired home builders. Because QJC specializes in custom home building, we provide most services “in-house”. To maintain the highest standards and to ensure we meet deadlines, we only subcontract what’s required and cost-effective. Our craftsmen have earned Red Seal and Master Craftsman credentials in Canada and abroad. They pursue further education and hone niche skills on an ongoing basis. Our top builders have a combined experience of 75 years as leaders in the construction industry. We proudly support the formal apprenticeship of new, local carpenters that are committed to the trade. Our builders are fluent in current national and local building code requirements, green building techniques and technologies as well as universal/accessible building design and construction. Our front-line crews are well-supported by experienced and professional project managers to ensure projects are expertly coordinated and completed on-time.
